Dr. England is Board Certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (also known as Urogynecology) by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A urogynecologist evaluates and treats problems associated with abnormalities of the pelvic floor and bladder. Pelvic floor disorders affect the bladder, reproductive organs, vagina, and bowels. Common problems include urinary incontinence, uterine and vaginal prolapse, and fecal incontinence. Increasingly, Urogynecologists are also responsible for the care of women who have experienced trauma to the perineum during childbirth.
Dr. England received his Ob/Gyn training in South Africa and was a faculty member at the University of the Witwatersrand. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the United Kingdom, South Africia, and the United States. Dr. England has practiced in Fort Worth for over 20 years.
Dr. England relies on his vast diagnostic and operative experience on three continents to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art care for his patients. His special interests include neuro-urology, neurologic disorders of the pelvis, and pelvic floor support defects.
He is currently the Director of the Division of Urogynecology and Medical Director of Gynecologic Surgery at Baylor All Saints Andrews Women’s Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. He is also Director of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Texas Health Care, Fort Worth.
Dr. England is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Fellow of the College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (South Africa), and a member of the American Uro-Gyneclogy Society
Dr. England and Laura, his wife of 25 years, have made Fort Worth their home for more than 20 years.
He is actively involved in research into disorders of the female pelvic floor.
